Job summary

Responsibilities

Serve as primary service contact to a low to moderately complex book of business.
Onboard new clients with staff to ensure accurate information.
Manage client renewal process with timely activities and quality standards.
Develop relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams to strengthen partnerships.
Support senior staff on larger/complex accounts and assist with risk coverages.
Ensure CES compliance for assigned clients and perform duties as requested.
