Job summary

You will coordinate with sales for onboarding, oversee renewals, and strengthen relationships with clients and carriers. The role emphasizes proactive risk assessment, accurate data management, and collaboration across internal teams to support growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, risk management, or similar field
• Three or more years of insurance client service experience
• Active Property & Casualty license; CIC or CRM designation encouraged

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead service contact to clients for the assigned book of business.
• Oversee client service needs and ensure responsiveness, deadlines and escalation as required.
• Manage client renewal processes to ensure timely, quality activities.
• Collaborate with sales to onboard new clients with accurate agency data and files.
• Pursue growth opportunities within the existing book and pursue cost effective coverage solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, carrier partners, vendors, and internal teams to promote long-term partnerships.
• Lead client engagement strategy and serve as backup at all support levels as needed.
