Job summary

RCM&D seeks a Client Representative to manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and support the delivery of compliant insurance services. You will work within the agency to process policy changes and renewals, ensuring accuracy in documents and timely communication with carriers and clients.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years insurance experience
• Team player who can work with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to learn third-party computer programs/websites
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of client businesses, policies, and industries
• Manage client service cycle and renewal deadlines
• Respond to client inquiries and internal requests
• Assist in preparing insurance company submissions as directed by Client Manager
• Review policy documents for accuracy before delivery
• Maintain EPIC system with client policy information
• Rate and issue policies and endorsements through carrier websites
• Prepare and deliver certificates, endorsements, policies, and account summaries
• Process cancellations, late notices, and reinstatements
• Assist with billing per credit and collection policies
• Support audits and claims reporting with accurate data
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
