Job summary

The Insurance Marketing Center within Uloop Inc. seeks an Insurance Customer Service Representative to maintain strong client relations by handling inquiries and processing policy updates, quotes, and payments. You will interact daily with customers, carriers, and staff to deliver timely service and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting producers, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and policy accuracy.

Qualifications

• Possess a 440 or 220 license or be pursuing one.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating and underwriting procedures.
• Excellent phone manner and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research options, quote, bind, renew and negotiate with carriers.

Responsibilities

• Provide service for updating policies, quotes, payments, and documentation.
• Answer calls and correspondence about new or existing policies and claims.
• Assist producers to gather data, present options, bind new coverage, and renewals.
• Schedule appointments and review policies, liability limits, and coverage needs.
• Explain products and services, process renewals, cancel accounts, and take payments.
• Resolve issues by clarifying concerns, determining causes, and following up.
• Review audits/policies for accuracy and coordinate with carrier.
• Maintain records of interactions in the agency system.
• Collaborate with team, mentor staff, and participate in meetings.
