In this role, accuracy in CRM documentation and proactive client communication are essential. You will also back up teammates and cultivate relationships well beyond the first year of coverage.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Experience in insurance sales or service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and renew existing Pearl Insurance coverages by phone and email.
• Process applications with underwriters and prepare necessary forms.
• Present quotes, close renewals, and gather market intelligence.
• Document activities in the CRM system.
• Build lasting client relationships after renewal and assist teammates.
