The role involves updating policies, quoting, payments, and facilitating renewals while coordinating with producers and carriers for coverage options and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Missouri insurance license and at least two years of insurance experience (personal or commercial lines).
• Demonstrates strong customer focus with excellent phone manner and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations, multi-task, and follow up with customers without direct supervision.
• Proficient with agency management systems and common rating tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to existing clients: update policies, quotes, payments, documentation.
• Answer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing policies and process claims.
• Assist producers in gathering data, presenting options, binding new coverage, and renewing policies.
• Schedule appointments or client calls and review policy details, liability limits, and exposure.
