Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
• Explain coverage in plain English with clear guidance
• Assist with billing questions and basic claims guidance
• Spot cross-sell opportunities and conduct coverage reviews
• Quote and bind new personal/commercial policies (if licensed)
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals and support new business
