gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative in Springfield, MA to be the primary point of contact for policy questions, billing, and coverage options. You will build lasting client relationships through active listening and tailored guidance on insurance products.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Personal Lines License with desirable Life/Health licenses, strong communication and organizational skills, and a genuine interest in helping clients navigate their insurance

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines Insurance Licence required; Life/Health licenses desirable.
• Experience in customer service or insurance is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen, ask follow-up questions, and build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for policy questions, billing, and coverage options.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person visits.
• Ask thoughtful questions and actively listen to uncover client needs.
• Schedule consultations and conduct annual policy reviews.
• Coordinate with team for policy reviews and consultations.
• Follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Suggest additional coverage to enhance client protection.
• Support service delivery improvements and retention efforts.
