Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exposure to the insurance industry through internships, apprenticeships, or other professional experience.
• Genuine interest in understanding client needs and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Learning and retaining knowledge of the reinsurance broking process with supervision.
• Managing the receipt of submissions from clients.
• Managing invoicing and production of Evidence of Cover documents.
• Gaining proficiency in Aon’s proprietary systems.
• Assisting client services to address client queries.
• Ensuring file documentation and compliance with company policies, working closely with Internal Audit.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
