Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in risk, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with financial modeling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end client engagements and develop strategic recommendations.
• Perform quantitative and financial analyses to evaluate markets and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research across health, benefits, and insurtech.
• Translate analyses into clear client materials (PowerPoint, Excel, reports).
• Contribute to proposals, marketing materials, and business development.
