• Able to apply knowledge of coverage forms in the analysis of program design.
• Ability to leverage internal and external relationships to provide tailored services.

• Manage client relationships and retain existing accounts.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting advice.
• Engage with Sales to understand market changes.
