Aon in Miami is seeking a Client Advocate to support client happiness in the reinsurance broking process, handling submissions, invoicing, Evidence of Cover documents, and inquiries, while maintaining documentation and policy compliance.

This hybrid role offers remote and onsite work, a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 per year, a broad benefits package, and ongoing learning opportunities as you collaborate with client services, accounting, and broker teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Internships or experience in insurance helpful.
• Genuine interest in understanding client needs and exceeding expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Learn reinsurance broking process under supervision.
• Manage receipt of submissions from clients.
• Manage invoicing and production of Evidence of Cover documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client services.
