Aon’s Strategy Advisory team in New York offers a hybrid role, combining virtual work with the New York office. As a Strategy Consulting Senior Associate, you will lead strategic initiatives for clients in the Property and Casualty space, manage project workstreams, and deliver actionable insights from market conditions and data.

You will collaborate with client leaders and Aon colleagues to develop approaches, mentor junior analysts, support business development, and help shape proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in strategy consulting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and manage project workstreams for clients.
• Develop strategic recommendations and client deliverables.
• Conduct market research and data analyses to support proposals.
