Job summary

Farm Family in Omaha, NE is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join the Immediate Solutions team. You will establish and process new claims, coordinate with vendors, and guide policyholders and agents through the claims intake process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Adjuster License as required by company and state regulations.
• Maintain Continuing Education requirements to keep licensure.
• Licensed insurance knowledge for handling claim inquiries.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance, claims, or call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• On-site presence required in company office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications related to new claims and claim inquiries.
• Accurately gather loss information and establish claims in internal systems.
• Review claim details and determine appropriate service referrals and inspection methods.
• Explain claims processes to policyholders, agents, and claimants.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions in stressful situations.
• Ensure claim files are documented and meet quality standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Assist with digital claim intake and inbox management per SLAs.
• Collaborate with adjusters, vendors, agents, and internal departments.
• Participate in cross-training, process improvements, and special projects.
• Stay current on company procedures, state regulations, and industry best practices.
