Farm Family in Omaha, NE is seeking a Senior Client Support Specialist to join our Claims Call Center. The role focuses on onboarding new agents, promoting the Participating Agent Program, and handling inquiries across multiple channels.

You will need strong customer service, accurate typing, English fluency, and a Property and Casualty Producer License (license costs covered). This 100% in-office position offers a structured schedule, overtime as needed, and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years' experience in a call center or similar; or vocational education with 4 years; or a Bachelor's with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Property and Casualty Producer License required or company will pay for license and related costs.
• Must demonstrate strong English communication, excellent accuracy, and ability to work in fast-paced environment. Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer service and act as a partner to hybrid/independent agents to grow the participating agent program.
• Know and explain applicable products, services, and policies across servicing departments.
• Assist with website/app registration and onboarding processes.
• Monitor back-office workflows: document files, send letters/forms, complete processes.
• Explain policy coverage and benefits; ensure compliance with state mandates where applicable.
• Handle escalated client calls and mentor lower-level staff on escalation handling.
• Assist training and audits of new employees and troubleshoot system errors.
