Job summary

Farm Family seeks a highly customer-focused Senior Client Support Specialist for our Claims team in the Omaha, NE call center. The role centers on promoting the Participating Agent Program, onboarding agents, and maintaining strong partner relationships while addressing client inquiries across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, 50 wpm typing, and a deep knowledge of policy services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; six years in call center or customer service, or four years with vocational/technical training; or a bachelor’s degree with two years’ relevant experience.
• Property and Casualty Producer License required; will sponsor if not held at hire.
• Ability to type at least 50 wpm and communicate clearly on the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Market the Participating Agent Program and promote services to agents in the Client Service Center.
• Onboard new agents and conduct regular follow-ups with Regional Field Executives, Territory Leaders, and agents.
• Handle client inquiries across multiple channels and provide resolutions to ensure a positive experience.
