Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Omaha, NE team in-office. You will support claim intake, gather information, and route service referrals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

The role requires an active Adjuster License, solid communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Omaha office with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Adjuster License and ongoing CE requirements are required to maintain licensure.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance, claims, or a call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications related to new claims and claim inquiries.
• Accurately gather loss information and establish claims in internal systems.
• Review claim details and determine appropriate service referrals and inspection methods.
• Explain policy information and claims processes to policyholders, agents, and claimants.
• Maintain professional interactions while managing potentially stressful situations.
• Ensure claim files are properly documented and meet standards.
• Meet productivity and customer service metrics while supporting digital claim intake.
• Collaborate with adjusters, vendors, agents, and internal departments.
