Farm Family is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Omaha, NE team. This in-office role focuses on establishing and processing new insurance claims, coordinating service referrals, and ensuring a positive experience for policyholders, agents, claimants, and partners.

The position requires an active Adjuster License, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance, claims, or call center.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications related to new claims and claim inquiries.
• Accurately gather loss information and establish claims in internal systems.
• Review claim details and determine appropriate service referrals, including repair programs, mitigation vendors, towing services, and inspection methods.
• Interpret policy information and explain claims processes to policyholders, agents, and claimants.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions while managing stressful situations.
