TrueCut Insurance is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Buffalo team. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent service to policyholders.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, with insurance knowledge. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email and in person, upselling or cross-selling products, preventing cancellations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of phone-based customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Background in an insurance environment preferred.
• Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one within the first 4 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person with professionalism and care.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
