Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact customers pending cancellation and resolve issues.
• Focus on reinstating canceled policies.
• Identify at-risk customers before renewal to improve retention.
• Reach out to clients post-NPS surveys and address feedback.
• Promote programs that increase retention, such as autopay.
• Report weekly updates on cancellations and key retention metrics.
