SARATOGA HEYL INSURANCE SERVICE is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to ensure each customer has a positive experience when contacting the agency. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and knowledgeable about insurance products. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
