Job summary

TrueCut Insurance in Las Vegas, NV seeks a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to ensure every client has a positive experience when contacting our agency. You will handle inquiries, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent service while promoting insurance products.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience and a can-do attitude. Insurance background preferred; P&C license or willingness to obtain within 4 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Background in an insurance environment preferred; Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain within 4 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person with professionalism and care.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
• Proactively assist customers to prevent cancellations and retain their business.
• Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide accurate information on insurance products, policies, and services.
• Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and deliver seamless service.
