AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Sales Agent Trainee to learn the role and advance to a Sales Agent. The position operates in a District Office, handling sales, appointments, and inspections both onsite and offsite under direction of the IBM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's equivalent education with experience preferred.
• 1–3 years Insurance sales/service preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills required.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Demonstrated competitive and persistent nature required.
• Strong organization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance and memberships, following underwriting guidelines.
• Provide information on member services and new insurance products.
• Document thoroughly and timely, and complete timecards and records.
• Develop sales leads and convert opportunities; manage schedules and follow‑ups.
• Assist in maintaining product balance and cross-sell opportunities.
