- 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, including multi-line underwriting.
- Proven risk analysis, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a profitable commercial lines book of business.
- Evaluate new submissions, determining risk acceptability, pricing, and terms.
- Conduct on-site risk inspections and analyze financials and inspection reports.
- Develop relationships with independent agents to generate profitable business.
- Monitor territory performance and achieve growth and profitability targets.
