Job summary

Indicium AI is expanding its US market leadership by appointing a Client Partner for the Insurance vertical. You will own market strategy, new logo acquisition, account expansion, and executive advisory for major carriers, brokers, and insurtechs in North America.

This hands-on player-coach role requires navigating C-suite relationships, guiding AI architectures, and aligning delivery with HITL and regulatory needs while partnering with Anthropic, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Insurance domain expertise in selling and delivering high-value consulting/tech services (P&C, Life & Annuities, Reinsurance, or Commercial Lines).
• Proven track record hitting a large annual revenue quota with P&L accountability, MSAs/SOWs, and forecast planning.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, and modern cloud data stacks; able to explain business value and risk guardrails to leaders.
• Lean growth mindset; comfortable writing proposals and mapping client stakeholders directly.
• Existing relationships or co-selling familiarity with major cloud providers and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, revenue growth, and gross margin for the Insurance vertical in the US.
• Lead high-value MSAs and SOWs with Tier-1 and mid-market carriers; drive land-and-expand deployments.
• Advise on risk governance and regulatory oversight for autonomous AI within insurance workflows.
• Develop and nurture executive-level relationships across key accounts and ecosystem partners (Anthropic, Databricks, AWS, Azure).
• Collaborate with global delivery squads to scope solutions, time projects, and balance onshore/offshore delivery.
