Moody's Investors Service is seeking a strategic thinker to shape growth opportunities across Insurance sub-segments and workflows. You will analyze demand, trends, and technology shifts, translating insights into actionable business strategies and robust business cases.

Collaborating with product, go-to-market, sales, and marketing teams, you will help align initiatives, support commercial execution, and contribute to thought leadership content while leveraging AI to drive efficiency and risk

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, product, marketing, or market research in Insurance (P&C).
• Strong market dynamics understanding and customer personas in Insurance (P&C).
• Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with strong communication and detail orientation.
• Experience in Agile, fast-paced environments, managing multiple strategic initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI concepts and AI tools to streamline workflows and assess risk.

Responsibilities

• Support identification and assessment of future growth opportunities across Insurance customer sub-segments and workflows.
• Analyze demand, competitive landscape, industry and regulatory trends, and emerging technologies.
• Identify and assess growth opportunities across customer sub-segments and workflows.
• Develop business cases including market size, segmentation, ARR projections, cost estimates, and viability.
• Translate vision into execution scenarios across growth levers, lines of business, and markets.
• Identify strategic partners and investment opportunities, including potential M&A.
• Maintain understanding of Moody's solutions and their value propositions.
• Collaborate with product, GTM, sales, and marketing to align initiatives and support execution.
• Contribute to sales and marketing materials and thought leadership content.
