You will learn to generate new business, tailor insurance solutions to meet client needs, and build lasting relationships—while receiving mentorship and professional development to prepare you for a licensed Insurance Agent.

Competenze

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to obtain required licensing (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).

• Generate new business by identifying prospects and converting leads into policies.
• Consult with customers to tailor coverage to their needs.
• Support cross-sales of Auto, Home, Life and Commercial policies.
• Build relationships through regular communication and policy reviews.
