Qualifications

• At least one year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to obtain the required insurance licenses.
• Ability to meet measurable targets with coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business through prospecting and follow-up.
• Consulting with customers to assess needs and recommend coverage.
• Selling and cross-selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance.
• Building lasting client relationships through responsive service.
• Working toward individual sales targets and supporting agency growth.
• Following up with quotes and clients to uncover opportunities.
• Maintaining knowledge of products and compliance requirements.
• Using CRM to track prospects and manage follow-ups.
• Participating in team meetings, training, and strategy sessions.
