Key Responsibilities

• Learn to generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

• Support sales and cross-sales of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and policy reviews
• Work toward individual sales goals to support agency growth
• Become familiar with insurance products, services, and compliance requirements
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow ups, and monitor policy renewals
• Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and strategy sessions

What We're Looking For

We seek candidates who are professional, proactive, coachable, and eager to succeed in sales.

The ideal candidate will have:

• One or more years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls and conducting sales conversations
• A willingness to learn, take feedback, and apply coaching
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is a plus, or willingness to obtain required licensing
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
