Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Agent Trainee through the Agent Development Program. You will learn to assess client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships under mentorship from the agency owner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
• Valid Property and Casualty license in Missouri or willingness to obtain.
• Life, Health, and Accident licenses are desirable.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
