Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
• Valid Property and Casualty license in Missouri or willingness to obtain.
• Life, Health, and Accident licenses are desirable.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
