You will maintain an active pipeline through community outreach, collaborate with the underwriting team for quotes, and update policies as customers' lives evolve.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and digital agency management systems.
• Clear, empathetic communication style that builds immediate rapport.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A background in networking or building client bases within the Leesburg community is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their personal or business coverage needs.
• Present tailored insurance options that provide genuine security and peace of mind.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential leads through community engagement and local outreach.
• Update and refine existing policyholders' coverage as their life stages or business operations evolve.
