• Solid track record in consultative sales or relationship-focused roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others.
• Proficiency with digital tools and office software.
• Residency in or near Staunton, Virginia.
• Experience in an independent insurance agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential and current clients through insurance options to find coverage that fits their specific life circumstances.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries and proactively reach out to help our neighbors stay protected.
• Review existing policyholder accounts to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions that provide real peace of mind.
• Maintain accurate client documentation within our agency management system.
• Participate in local community outreach to strengthen our presence and brand awareness in Staunton.
• Collaborate with our small, tight‑knit team to improve our workflows and client experience every single day.
