Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Solid understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage options.

• Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs to provide appropriate coverage recommendations.
• Process new insurance applications and manage policy renewals.
• Educate clients on insurance concepts to help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation in our database.
• Collaborate with underwriting to ensure accurate risk assessment and policy issuance.
• Reach out to existing clients to review plans and life changes.
• Resolve inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage updates promptly.
