The Atlantic District in Cumberland, MD is seeking an experienced Agency Manager to lead our local sales team, mentor staff, and elevate client service. You will nurture talent and refine our service approach while growing the agency’s footprint in the Cumberland market.

You will collaborate with leadership to design effective sales strategies, expand market reach, and maintain a community-focused, high-integrity culture that helps clients sleep better at night.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven leadership of a high-performing sales team.
• Strong knowledge of Cumberland and Western Maryland insurance markets.
• History of meeting or exceeding production goals.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms and agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and guide the sales team toward goals.
• Identify local market opportunities to expand Cumberland footprint.
• Mentor and train staff to build confidence and capability.
• Maintain high client-service standards so policyholders feel valued.
