The Atlantic District in Cumberland, MD is seeking an experienced Agency Manager to oversee daily operations, guide our sales team, and nurture client relationships. This role emphasizes community focus and hands-on leadership to drive growth and service excellence.

You will mentor staff, identify local opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to implement effective sales strategies while maintaining high client satisfaction and loyalty across our Cumberland market.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Demonstrated history of managing or leading a high-performing sales team.
• Deep understanding of the local insurance market in Cumberland and Western Maryland.
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding production goals.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Skilled in using modern CRM platforms and agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the office and guide our sales team toward achieving their individual and collective goals.
• Identify local market opportunities to expand our agency's footprint in Cumberland.
• Mentor and train new and existing staff to ensure everyone feels confident and capable in their roles.
