The Atlantic District is seeking an experienced Agency Lead to guide our Susquehanna-area office and shape its culture. You will mentor a sales team, design strategies, and act as the primary trusted advisor for clients seeking protection for their future.

With a PA license and a passion for community, you will build relationships, analyze market trends, and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional client experiences while growing the agency’s local presence.

Qualifications

• PA Property and Casualty license required.
• Minimum 3 years in insurance sales or agency management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Susquehanna market and community needs.
• Experience with agency management systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow local policyholder base.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire sales team to achieve their potential.
• Build and maintain relationships as primary advisor for protection needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to adjust offerings.
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure positive client interactions.
