Qualifications

• Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• 3+ years of experience managing sales operations or leading insurance teams.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital policy platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative office culture.
• Advanced understanding of risk management and policy coverage structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations to meet local community needs.
• Mentor and guide a team of agents to refine sales techniques and grow confidence.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to introduce insurance solutions to new clients in Baltimore.
• Review policy portfolios to ensure clients are adequately covered with changing needs.

• Ensure records are accurate and sales practices comply with state regulations.
