Qualifications

• Valid Life and Health insurance producer license.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.
• Proven ability to build and lead a successful sales team.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for group training sessions.
• Proficiency in coaching and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the Owings Mills branch.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals.
