Farmers Insurance District 04 in Richardson, TX is seeking a General Manager and Operations Director to lead our sales and service teams, drive revenue growth, and optimize workflows for a high-performance office.

This in-office leadership role requires 5+ years of Property & Casualty experience, a Texas P&C license (Life & Health preferred), and the ability to recruit, train, and mentor licensed producers while delivering world-class service and strong compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy-hitting experience in the P&C insurance industry and proven people-management ability.
• Property & Casualty experience is mandatory; Texas P&C license required.
• License to include Life & Health preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach licensed producers; recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
• Track metrics, optimize lead distribution, and drive sales conversions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maximize renewals and cross-sells.
• Oversee daily office operations, compliance, and technology use.
