Job summary

Farmers Insurance District 04 is seeking a licensed insurance sales professional who wants more than another producer desk. This opportunity is designed for a motivated P&C licensed producer who wants to grow inside a successful agency environment, receive hands-on coaching, and build toward future agency leadership or ownership opportunities.

You will work with an established Farmers agency and District 04 leadership to develop the sales, service, retention, marketing, and business skills

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred or required.
• Life & Health license a plus.
• Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Coachable, organized, and comfortable with sales activity goals.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines, commercial lines, life, and other Farmers products as appropriate.
• Build and manage a local prospect pipeline.
• Conduct policy reviews and follow-up with clients.
• Learn agency operations, service standards, retention, and cross-selling.
• Participate in district training, sales coaching, and agency development activities.
• Represent the agency professionally in the local community.
