Farmers Insurance in Dallas (Hybrid) is seeking a direct sales team leader to sell multi-line insurance products primarily through inbound calls, while guiding day-to-day operations and driving performance toward company objectives.

The position requires a minimum of five years in sales and call center environments, leadership experience, and a Property & Casualty license on hire; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales and call center experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty license required upon hire.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance daily, weekly, and monthly across sales, customer experience, quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Recommend corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Develop and implement sales/operational plans to improve team performance.
• Ensure team members meet individual and team goals.
• Manage timecards, schedules, and system access for the team.
• Communicate company strategies to team members and ensure understanding.
• Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
