Qualifications

• Five years of experience in commercial lines with an insurance company or agency.
• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business with autonomy and decision-making.
• Provides professional service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and HUB colleagues, achieving strong retention.
• Supports Sales staff in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
• May handle account rounding and develop new business per standard practices.
• Acts as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve escalated issues; negotiates with underwriters.
• Maintains data in HUB systems and ensures accuracy.
• Supports Producers with premium collection and handles accounting issues.
• Attends ongoing education and training to stay current.
