You will handle policy inquiries, renewals, audits and file management, while delivering proactive service and clear communications across clients and carrier staff.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance industry experience preferred or professional business experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license; or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and proactive relationship management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing to carriers and preparing quotes for commercial lines.
• Respond promptly to policy inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintain renewal controls and accurate account files.
• Verify policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
