HUB International is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Insurance in a hybrid role across Scottsdale, Flagstaff and Tucson. You will provide professional service to clients, producers and HUB colleagues, manage assigned accounts, and coordinate with carriers to secure favorable terms.

You will produce binders, endorsements and proposals, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining data accuracy in the agency management system.

Qualificações

• Five (5) years in experience in commercial lines with insurance company or agency.
• A high school diploma required; some college preferred; college degree desired.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong typing and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Manages a book of insurance business with autonomous decision-making.
• Provides professional service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and HUB colleagues to retain accounts.
• Supports Sales staff in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
• Remarket renewals, prepare renewal proposals, and coordinate with producers.
• Assist clients with claims and keep agency systems updated.
