HUB International in Tucson is seeking an Account Manager to provide professional service to clients, producers, and internal teams. You will oversee an assigned book of commercial accounts, negotiate terms with carriers, and support the sales staff in expanding business.

This role requires five years in commercial lines, a Property & Casualty license, strong communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency. A hybrid work model and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years in experience in commercial lines with insurance company or agency.
• A high school diploma required; some college preferred; college degree desired.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Good telephone techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients, as well as other staff members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions.
• Proven mathematical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a positive team environment.
• Strong typing skills with an ability to compose clear and concise letters.
• Organizational skills required.
• Willingness to attend educational classes desired.

Responsabilités

• Manages a book of insurance business with autonomy and decision-making.
• Provides professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters and colleagues.
• Supports Sales staff in obtaining, maintaining and expanding business.
• May develop new business from existing accounts and leads.
• Document conversations and update HUB systems for accuracy.
• Assist Producers with renewal processes and premium collection.
