Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services seeks an Account Manager to support Western Agency’s personal lines clients in North Dakota and South Dakota. You will manage policy changes, billing inquiries, and renewals while strengthening relationships with carriers and clients.

You will collaborate with producers to present coverage options, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain detailed policy records in the agency system. A P&C license or willingness to obtain one is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting personal lines insurance accounts in an agency environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• P&C license, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive risk profiles to support long-term coverage strategies.
• Partner with producers on presentations, policy delivery, and renewal discussions.
• Manage day-to-day servicing for personal lines: policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, applications, and quoting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and underwriters.
• Review and renew existing coverages to align with client needs.
