Job summary

Starion Bank is seeking an Insurance Account Manager in North Dakota to deliver expert service for insurance clients across multiple ND communities including Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes and Ellendale.

You will handle policy questions, renewals, and new business referrals while coordinating with sales teams and carriers. A college degree and an active property & casualty license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years demonstrated customer service and sales experience and an aptitude for insurance.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Insurance license in property and casualty.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing.
• Partner with the sales team to support client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals.
• Coordinate renewals, submit applications, and communicate with insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
