Job summary

StaffMyAgency seeks an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. You will be vital to daily operations, grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services, develop leads, schedule appointments, and help the agent meet marketing goals. This role offers an hourly base pay plus commissions, paid time off, and growth potential within the office.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain - licensing fees paid by employer)
