Job summary

Relation Insurance seeks an Account Coordinator, Xpress to ensure accurate policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing for small commercial accounts. You’ll be the primary client contact, coordinating with the Account Management team on coverage changes and contract requirements.

The role requires 2+ years in client service within insurance, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel as needed. A Property and Casualty license is required, with AINS/CISR preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of client service experience in the insurance industry, focusing on commercial lines.
• Licensure and professional designations are preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients and coordinate with Account Management on coverage changes.
• Identify and resolve standard client inquiries and issues.
• Support remarketing of renewals to maintain high account retention and prepare proposals.
• Review carriers' policies for accuracy and expedite corrections and endorsements as needed.
• Facilitate timely carrier responses to move claims toward settlement.
• Review policy audits and communicate differences to clients and carriers.
• Monitor cancellations and seek to retain client accounts while safeguarding company finances.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to improve client service.
• Adopt proprietary AI solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned.
