Job summary

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license may be required within 90 days of hire
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; location dependent
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, ratings and underwriting procedures
• Working knowledge of personal lines of coverage
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office; Excel emphasis

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and accurate account information
• Process policy change requests and endorsements, verify accuracy
• Enter and rate policies in carrier websites and issue certificates
• Order renewals and review against proposals in Agency Management System
• Handle mail and act as backup for phone and walk-in traffic
• Adopt AI solutions to enhance client service experience
• Support other projects and tasks as assigned
